We aim to provide a broad and balanced curriculum for each of our students.

The school day is divided into 6 lessons of 50 minutes each, with a combination of single and double lesson allocations.


At KS3, which is a three year program, all students study Maths, English, Science, RE, Computing, Design &Technology, History, Geography, Drama, Art ,PE, Music, and either Spanish or French.

At the end of year 9, following parent and student information sessions, students are guided into a Key Stage 4 Pathway, each of which is designed to best meet the learning needs and choices of each student.


KS4 is a two year program comprising of GCSE study. In addition to the KS4 choice subject(s), each student studies GCSE Maths, English Language, English Literature, RE and Combined Science:Trilogy.


KS5 is a two year program of study.

We offer A Levels in Maths, English Literature, Biology, Chemistry, Physics, Philosophy & Ethics, Psychology, Sociology, Art, Photography, Drama, Music, History, Politics, Geography, French, Spanish and Level 3 BTECs in Fashion & Clothing, Graphics, Health and Social Care, Information Technology & Business. 


Citizenship, Personal, Social and Health Education is taught across KS3 and 4 within subject areas and as a series of ‘drop down’ days planned in the school calendar.

Careers Education is also delivered to students from year 8 onwards.
