As a result of The Children and Families Act 2014, there is now a new ‘Special Educational Needs and Disabilities Code of Practice’ which came into force on 1 September 2014. Our SEND policy meets the requirements for SEND in line with this new SEND Code of Practice effective from 1st September 2014.
