Students are encouraged to take responsibility for their behaviour and learning. They can become Prefects, Monitors, Form Representatives, Diversity Ambassadors, House Prefects and take on other responsibilities in the school.

In Key Stage 3 and 4 students can apply to become part of the Junior Leadership Team, School Council or as Diversity Ambassadors. All of these roles support the development and life of the school.

In Sixth Form, students can apply to be on the Head Student Team.
